Procurement
Once the design has been agreed, a detailed cost plan is developed. This cost plan sets out the value of each individual element and summarized project total. To provide the client with the best value within the procurement service, we manage every stage of the process from price, delivery negotiation as well as quality management.
Space Planning
We organize furniture, areas and functions to work effectively together while using space as efficiently as possible. We consider the workgroup function the building codes and regulations, lighting, teaming requirements, inter-communication, and storage to make the best use of any available space. Other factors, such as the use of technology, user interaction, wayfinding and traffic flow have to be built into the plan for each space as per design.
Project Management
The overall programme is designed, developed and agreed with the client. The progress of the project is managed and monitored on site on a regular basis with any issue arising during the project being resolved in a timely and pragmatic manner to maintain quality and programme. Any snagging issues are resolved quickly and efficiently to the client’s satisfaction.
